Sylvie's Sheppards Pie

Ground beef, lean, 41.6 oz (2.6 lbs)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp BLack pepper (to taste)Peas, frozen, 1 cup cream corn (green giant), 3 cup *Potato, raw, 6 cup diced Sweet potato, 2 cup, cubes Soy Milk, .5 cup *Margarine 4 tbsp
Cook oninons with beef 1/2 salt and pepper (save other 1/2 for potatoes)
Once beef cooked and drained of fat (if any) add peas and cream corn. Mix well.
Place in bottom of pan.
Mean while cook potatoes with remaining salt. Drain of all water, add milk and margarine mash up nice and smooth.
Spread over beef mixture. Add paprika on top and cook in over for 15 minutes at 450.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings in a 9 x 13 pan
