Khaleesee's Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Pineapple, frozen, .5 cup, chunks Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup kale, raw, .5 cup Spinach, fresh, 0.5 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
combine all ingredients into a blender that can liquify, or use a juicing "bullet". Using a standard juicer will discard the nutrients in the stems!
