Portabella Mushrooms, 170 grams(2 pieces)*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp*Tomato Sauce, with onions, green peppers, and celery, 0.5 cupCottage Cheese, Nonfat, 3 oz (1 small cup)*Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast, 6 slicesMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 slices
Clean the fresh portabella mushrooms. Add the balsamic and let marinate for about 1 hour.
Temove the excedent. Put it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Then add the cottage cheese. Get it back to the oven for about 3-4 minutes. Turn off the oven. add the turkey and swiss cheese. Put it in the oven to let the cheese melt. Serve with either oregano, parsley, or sliced tomatos on top.
