Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter3 tbsp flour1 cup cheese1/2 cups 2% milkdash salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for a minute or two. Stir in milk. Whisk occasionally until mixture boils. Then stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and remove from heat; stir until smooth.
