Spinach Avocado Warm Salad

Ingredients
1 package fresh spinach1 large onion diced1 avocado diced5 large celery stalks1 lime - juicedHerbs and/or garlic
Directions
Spray a pan with non sticking cooking spray. Toss onion and celery until soften. Add avocado. Sprinkle with lime juice. Add spinach last. Do not cook too much - you want the veggies to be crisp and warm not "mushy"...
Herbs: I like cilantro or fresh sage... you can also spice it up with paprika and Cajun spices.
