6 eggs3 T. skim milk1.5 tsp. vanilla extract10 slices Cub white bread
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla together.
Coat both sides of bread with egg mixture and place bread into pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cook until golden brown; flip.
