Swiss Chard & Papaya Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c water2 to 4 leaves of swiss chard (washed with stems removed), coarsely chopped1.5 c papaya, peeled and cubed1 large banana, peeled and quartered
Directions
Blend chard and water using a high powered blender until the chard is as small as possible. Add papaya and blend until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth. Best served cold.

Serving Size: Makes 1 giant smoothie (approximately 3 cups)
