Beef Tips & Veggies Kabobs

Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 16 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)meat tenderizer (2 tsp)
Directions
Make marinade with 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of water. Add garlic, pepper and meat tenderizer.

Cut the beef into cubes if not already cut

Marinate the tips in the sauce for about 1/2 hour or longer.

Place the marinated beef tips on metal skewer, alternating with onion section, green pepper, red pepper then beef.

cook on grill for about 15 minutes....rotating skewers every few minutes to cook evenly

serve over Judi's Brown Rice and Veggies mix
