Ingredients
soyfit chilli tofu, 200 gram(s) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped fenugreek (methi) seeds, 1 tsp chings secret green chilli sauce, 24 gram(s) everest garam masala, 5 gram(s) Salt, 1 dash water, half glass
Directions
serves 8
fry onions on moderate flame in a non stick pan till translucent. add tomatoes and fenugreek seeds and let them cook, covering the pan. crumple the tofu . add the tofu to the cooked onion- tomato mix along with the green chilli sauce, salt and garam masala. stir to mix well and add half a glass of water. let simmer till all the water is absorbed.
u can increase the amount of chilli sauce or use green chillies(chopped fine) if u prefer a spicier version
