Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes- diced2 - 2"beets, boiled and chopped1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)1 Can Corn (drained and rinsed)4 Tsp cilantro choppedJuice from 1 Lemon1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)1 Small Red Onion (finely chopped)1 Medium Red Pepper (chopped)1 Tsp soy sauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in decorative salad bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
