Ingredients
2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 cup Salsa1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned8.0 oz Ground beef, lean8.0 cup Beans, black
Directions
blend 3 cans of beans with 2 cups chicken broth. This is your soup base. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add beef, corn, salsa, and remaining can of black beans to the base. Heat and serve. Top with cheese, olives, tomatoes or avocado if desired (not included in nutrition info). Serving Size: Makes 5 servings (2 cups each)
