Bean-Less Chili

Ingredients
7 to 10 celery stocks, diced1 white onion6 garlic cloves minced4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 lbs grass fed ground beef1 lb spicy ground sausage1 teaspoon sea salt2 tablespoons dried oregano2 tablespoons dried basil1 tablespoon cumin3 to 4 tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 can (16oz) of diced tomatoes with juice16 oz chicken broth
Directions
In a large skillet saute veggies in olive oil, then add beef and sausage and brown.
Season meat mixture with spices
Taste and add more seasoning if desired
You can let simmer in slow cooker and serve all day!
