Ingredients
Jamon de Cocinar (Smoked Pork Shoulder), 4 oz Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drainedWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)Cilantro, raw, 1 tbspSofrito Sauce, 1 servingGoya Tomato Sauce - Low Sodium, 0.50 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspGoya Green White Beans, 1.5 cupGoya Sazon (4 servings per packet), .5 servingCorn Meal (polenta) fine ground, 1 cup
Directions
Saute ham in olive oil for 1 min. then add the sofrito sauce and cook for 2 mintes. Add the tomatoe sauce, sazon, cilantro & capers and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add white beans and water and once it boils lower heat and then add the corn meal. Whisk to avoid lumps and cook for 10 mins until it thickens. If too thick add some more water and keep stiring until you get the thickness you prefer. Serves 4 , about 2 cup each serving.
