Balsamic Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 lbs. fresh, lean, pork roast1 cup tomato sauce1 can (10.75 oz) chicken broth1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1 Tablespoon basil, chopped1 Tablespoon oregano, chopped1 Tablespoon dried parsley1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Season pork roast with salt and pepper. Combine broth, tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic and herbs in crockpot, add meat. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
