Carrot Soup

Ingredients
4 slices bacon8 carrots, chopped1 onion1/2 Jalepeno, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced6 cups of water1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon1/2 cup cheddar cheese1/4 cup cream
Directions
saute bacon in a stockpot untill crisp, add carrots, onion and jalapeņo, cook for five minutes. Add water, garlic, bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then simmer for 25 minutes. When done process in two batches in a blender or just puree with a wand blender. If processed in blender pour back in stockpot and add cheese and cream.
