Chickpea Spinach Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Oil2 - 14 oz Cans drained chickpeas3 sliced garlic cloves1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger1 Tbsp garam masala1/2 tsp turmeric1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 bunch spinach (about 6 cups)2 cups halved cherry tomatoesjuice 1/2 lemonSalt to taste
Directions
Heat wok over medium-high heat. Add oil, chickpeas, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add garam masala, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in spinach and heat until wilted. Stir in cherry tomatoes and lemon juice. Heat for 30 seconds. Serve topped with a dollop of plain yogurt.
