Lemon Honey dijon pork

Black pepper- dashonion powder-1 tspgarlic powder- 1 tspLemon Juice- 1/2 cupDijon mustard- 1 TBSPHoney- 1 TBSPCider Vinager- 2-3 TBSPCanola Oil- 1 TBSP3 oz pork tenderloins- 10 pcs
Mix all ingredients together well and place pork, chicken or fish into marniade and refridgate for at least 1/2 hr or longer, flip and marinate 1/2 hr or longer. Can marinate up to 10 pieces. Sear meat in a hot pan for 1 min each side, remove and put onto a a cooking sprayed rack on a foil covered cookie sheet, place into a preheated oven at 350 for 8 mins, then flip and cook for another 8 or until done.
