Asian Dressing

1/4c olive oil1/2 tbsp sesame oil1/3c rice wine vinegar1 tsp dry mustard1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Cover and shake vigorously.

(optional) Let sit for 20-30 minutes so the mustard dissolves.
