Healthier Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup dry oatmeal, ground fine in blender3 Tablespoon Organic Chia Seeds, ground with oatmeal1 Cup Flour1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/2 Cup Brown Sugar1 Teaspoon Cinnamon3 Med. ripe bananas1/4 Cup of Egg Beaters (equals 1 whole egg)1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract1 - 4oz snack sized cup of all natural applesauce
Directions
Blend together oatmeal and chia seeds until finely ground. Combine with all other dry ingredients and set aside. Mash bananas and combine with other wet ingredients. Blend together wet ingredients into dry until incorporated. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until browned and cooked through.
