Quinoa, Brown rice and turkey stuffed peppers

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers cut length wise with insides cleaned out- 1/2 pound ground turkey breast- 1/2 cup and 1/4 c of shredded mozzarella separated- 1 cup cooked brown rice- 1 cup cooked Quinoa- 1 can yellow sweet corn, drained and rinsed- 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce
Directions
pre heat oven to 350 in a baking dish pour the remaining sauce to cover the bottom
in a large pan brown turkey meat
once browned add quinoa, rice,sauce, corn and 1/2 c of cheese.
once cheese is melted add to the insides of the peppers and lay them down in the pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 min or so until cheese is melted.
