Ingredients
8 cups Chicken Broth3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut up 1 package Bear Creek Vegetable Beef Soup Mix2 cups sliced Zucchini 2 cups Baby Carrots 2 cups Celery, cut in pieces1 cup Bok Choy, cut up1 Roma Tomato, cut up 3 tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro 1 to 2 tablespoons ground Red or Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook on high for 4 hours
Serve as a meal with bread, or soup prior to the meal
