Spicy Coco Sauce

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk (pls. don't use low-fat)1 large onion, chopped or sliced3-4 cloves garlic, chopped1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugarpinch of salt to tastespices to taste: Ginger, cinnamon, Cumin, Turmeric, pepper, cayenne
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in coconut milk. Add spices to taste (Ginger, cinnamon, Cumin, Turmeric, pepper, cayenne), brown sugar and salt, reduce the heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes. (if you only cook small portion of kale, the sauce will hold for 5 days refrigerated , or can freeze it until ready to use).

    I love this recipe but one note the original Plan recipe calls for 1 teaspoon brown sugar instead of 1 tablespoon. - 6/11/13
