Ingredients
1C SR-Flour1lg Banana1C Berries frozen1Tbs Chia seeds1 Egg1/2 tsp Vanilla essence1/2 C Full cream milk16drops/ 1Tbsp liquid sweetner 0cal.
Directions
Add dry ingredients in a bowel,
In a seperate bowel combine mashed banana and berries add egg and stir. Add wet ingredients to dry bowel and add the rest. Stir and combine well. Add to patty cases.
Cook on 180oC for 20mins.
