Zucchini "Applesauce"

Ingredients
4 c zuchinni (peeled, seeded, and cubed)1/4 c apple cider vinegar1/2 c organic sugar1 t ground cinnamon
Directions
Put cubed zucchini in blender and add a little water. Blend until mush; may need to carefully push down with a wooden spoon or turn off and stir, then turn on again). In saucepan, add zucchini mush, sugar, cider vinegar, and cinnamon. Heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool before trying.
