Avocado-Shrimp-Feta Dip

Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 1.5 fruit without skin and seedsShrimp, cooked, 3 oz*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsFeta Cheese, 3 ozRed Onion, 0.25 middle sized, dicedCilantro, raw, 3 tbspTabasco Sauce, 0.5 tspPepper and SaltGreen onion for serving
Directions
1) Cut Avocado in cubes
2) Add precooked shrimp, lemon juice, diced onion and crumbled feta cheese
3) Mix well
4) Pick cilantro leaves from the stem and cut it into little pieces
5) Add tabasco and salt and pepper as liked, sprinkle with some diced green onion before serving
6) Mix and serve with tortilla chips or thin slices of toasted bread
