Greek salad dressing

Ingredients
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil• ¼ lemon juice (lime juice for “fun”)• 2 teaspoons of Greek herbs (could try Italian or others for “fun”)• 1 teaspoon of onion powder• ½ teaspoon garlic powder• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix in a container of jar, refrigerate for 2 hours, but overnight is best. Add to pasta salad or a Greek or green salad. It is nice as a marinade too.
