Chicken Breast w/ Spicy Peanut Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts Sauce:3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style3/4 cup Yogurt, plain, skim milk1 tsp minced Garlic1/3 cup Soy Sauce1 tsp minced Ginger Root1/2 tsp Sriracha Hot Chinese Chili sauce (add more if you want it spicier)
Directions
Preheat oven at 425

Mix peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, non-fat yogurt, ginger, and chili sauce. Whisk until smooth.

Put Peanut sauce on chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Cook chicken at 425 for about 35 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: 4 -- 1/2 breasts
