Black Bean Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive oil1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1-1/2 cups chopped mushrooms1 15oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained1 28 oz can of stewed tomatoes1/4 cup barbecue sauce1 cup rolled oatsdash hot sauce, if desired
Directions
Saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender. Toss in remaining ingredients, cook until warm and thickened. Serve on bread or buns (not calculated in nutrition info).
