Ingredients
Rice flour - 100gmRice Semolina or rava - 50gmGrated coconut - 80gmSalt - to taste
Directions
mix the rice flour, rive rava (semolina) and half the grated coconut and pinch of salt. by adding small quantities of water mix the ingredients to get a mixture of small lumps. steam cook it either in a 'puttu kutti' which rbings the cylindrical shape or directly by placing the mixture on a plate in a cokker for about 10minutes.
