Gary's Easy Hot Salsa

Ingredients
3 Roma Tomatoes, quartered3 Jalapeno Peppers, quartered2 Serrano Peppers, quartered1 small to medium Onion, quartered2 Tbsp dried Cilantro (or fresh if available)1/2 lime, juiced2 tsp white vinegar2 large cloves garlic1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt1 can Cento Tomato Paste 6oz 2 (28 ounce) cans Hunt's No Salt Added Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
Directions
Place one can of the plum tomatoes (excluding juice) and the tomato paste, in food processor and puree.

Place remaining ingredients, except the liquid from the second can of Plum Tomatoes, into food processor and pulse until desired chunkiness (is that a word?)

Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
