Walnut, Broccoli & Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
4 cup of shredded savoy cabbage1 Avocado14 halves of walnuts2 cups of chopped broccoli1 pomegranates med size10 pea pods2 medium orange5 Tbls of honey1/4 cup of olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice avocado
chop pea pods into large chunks
peel one orange and cut each section into half
remove seeds from pomegranates
put all the above ingredients in a large bowl with the shredded savoy cabbage, walnuts and the chopped broccoli.

In a small bowl whisk together the honey, olive oil and the juice of one of the oranges.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
