Chicken Francese

Ingredients
8 ozTyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 C bread crumbs, Panko3 Tbsp butter, salted1/2 C olive oil1/2 C heavy cream4 oz sherry, dryPinch sugarFresh parsley
Directions
Lightly pound chicken breasts. Dip chicken in breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter in skillet; brown chicken over med heat. In saucepan over high heat, combine cream and 2 Tbsp butter. When it boils, add lemon, sherry and sugar. Reduce to thick consistency. Add parsley.

Place chicken on noodles, pour sauce on top and serve.
