one cup of sliced onionstwo cups of sliced mixed sweet peppers (use frozen peppers)one 12 oz. frozen bag of hash brownsfive garlic cloves, chopped (use 2 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic)one Tbsp. of balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp. of oreganoone tsp of Italian seasoningten oz. of smoked sausage, sliced diagonallyone dash of black pepper
liberally spray large skillet with non-stick spray. At medium-high flame add all the ingredients by first layering the potatoes first, then the onions, garlic, and peppers, and top with the sliced sausage. Season all. place lid on skillet and lower flame. cook for 20 minutes and stir. Then cook another 20 minutes.
