Broccoli Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni10oz. frozen broccoli1 3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk3 Tbsp flour1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt1/4 pepper1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta. Cook broccoli. Drain and set aside. Whisk 3/4 cup milk with flour and spices in a bowl. Bring 1 cup milk to simmer in saucepan, whisk in reserved milk and flour and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir in pasta and broccoli.
