Mushroom, pepper scrambled egg

Ingredients
5 medium white mushrooms (sliced)2 tbsp butter (unsalted)1/2 cup red, yellow, orange peppers7 whole eggs (beaten)sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat butter in a large skillet and then slice mushrooms thinly. Place mushrooms in melted butter and saute. When mushrooms and nice and soft and have absorbed the butter add the peppers and saute until tender. Once pepper are tender turn heat down to medium low and add the beaten eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Let eggs set a bit and then stir occasionally until cooked.
