4 x Carrots1 x Granny Smith Apple2inch chunk of ginger ( or amount that you prefer)1 x lge handful mustard greens1 x cup of broccoli
Directions
Wash all vegetables no need to peel carrots or ginger.
Wash apple.
put all into a juicer and enjoy.
