Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed1 egg1 T. nonfat milk3/4 t. vanilla3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 t. baking soda1/4 t. salt2 cups Old Fashioned oats1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg, milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add oats. Mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes approximately 34 cookies.
