Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove) 10 baby carrots raw, 3 serving (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium (remove) Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove) *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS VEGETABLE, Mix, Dry, 1 serving (remove) V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 46 oz (remove)
Directions
Slice vegetables into bite size pieces and stir fry. then add liquids and simmer 2 hours.
