Beef and prune stew (spicy)

Ingredients
Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, slicedCherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 serving, choppedOnions, raw, 1 small, choppedLea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, 1 TbspnGranulated Sugar, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspPrunes, dried, 4 prune, choppedPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspCoriander, dried, 0.5 tspGarlic, 3 cloveThai Seven Shake Spice spice, 1 tspBeef chuck, 350 gramsred wine vinegar, 1 Tbspn1 cup water
Directions
Cook all ingredients together for 30 minutes or till beef is tender.
Reduce liquid to form a thick sauce.
Add more water when needed.
