Crepes with fresh strawberries

Ingredients
4 eggs1 1/3 c. nonfat milk2 T. oil or melted butter (best with butter)1 c. flour1/2 t Salt
Directions
Blend VERY smooth with a hand mixer. Pur 1/4 c. onto med-hot crepe pan, cook 45 seconds, gently turn, cook 15 seconds more. Serve with diced strawberries rolled inside.
