Healthy Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey, 93% lean1 Cup Water2 Cups Tomato sauce1 Cup Tomato paste1 tspn Garlic powder3 Tbsp Raw onion4 oz Mazzarella Cheese, part skim milk2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook the spaghetti to al dente tenderness and drain..
Place onion is a frying pan with one cup of water. Using medium heat, cook onion until tender. Add turkey and seasonings. Can add other seasonings to taste.
Brown turkey breaking up pieces into crumbles.
Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste and let mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Using a cassarole dish or aluminum baking pan, pour turkey mixture in and then add noodles.
Stir until well mixed,
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted.
Serve.
