Homemade Nak'd bars

1 cup whole almonds, ground1 cup medjool dates, pitted1/4 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)2 tbsp 100% cocoa powder2 tbsp natural nut butter (to bind, more if needed)Pinch sea salt
grind almonds in food processor then set to one side.
Blend dates in processor until they form a ball round the blade. Add the nuts back in along with all the other ingredients. Blitz until well combined adding a little more nut butter if needed to bind. Mixture should hold a ball shape when squeezed together.
Line a 8x8 inch baking tin with cling film and press in the mixture, evening out and pressing down firmly. Chill for at least 30 minutes before cutting and wrapping up individually.
Serving Size: makes 12 2x1 inch pieces
