Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar3 Tbsp Minute Tapioca2 3/4 c 1% Milk1 large egg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in a pan
Let ingredients sit for 5 minutes
Stir constantly over medium heat until it comes to a boil
Boil for 1-2 minutes
Remove from heat
Add vanilla
Serve warm or chilled
