chicken, 1 cup chopped, 4 cup Apple, Gala (medium), 2 serving *Green Onion (1/4 cup chopped), 1/4 cup *Onion - Raw, chopped, 2/3 cup *Chopped Celery, 2/3 cup *Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin chopped, 2/3 cup *Chopped Walnut, 1 cup *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1 cupsalt & Pepper to taste
