Baked Scotch Eggs

Ingredients
6 Hard boiled eggs2 Eggs, beaten1 Cup Panko Seasoned bred crumbs2 Tbsp flour for dusting6 Italian Sausage Links (I used Perri Sweet Italian)
Directions
1. Remove links from skins & form each into a thin patty.

2. Place one hard boiled egg in the patty and close your hand around it, molding the sausage around the egg.

3. Dip in beaten egg.

4. Roll in Panko

5. Bake 350F for 35 - 40 mins. It depends on how thick your sausage layer is, make sure it's properly cooked through!
