Ingredients
1 Parsnips,peeled & diced 1 Turnips, peeled & diced 1 Carrots, skined & cubed 2 Bok Choy stalks, chopped 2 Garlic cloves, peeled & sliced 1 Summer Squash, quartered & sliced 1 Zucchini, quartered & sliced 2 Mushrooms, sliced Black Pepper, to taste Salt or Accent,to taste Oregano,to taste Basil, to taste Mrs. Dash,to taste 2-3 cups of water
Directions
After cutting up all the vegetables, place them into a medium size saucepan. Add 2-3 cups of water. Cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes before adding seasoning. Then add the seasoning, stir occassionally. Cook vegetables until softened to your like.
