Coconut Cream not-quite-ice-cream

Ingredients
1 can coconut cream1/2 cup Silk Mocha Iced Latte1.5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Directions
Combine ingredients in a metal mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Put bowl in freezer, covered. Let sit an hour, then mix with the whisk attachment. Return to freezer. Repeat until the mixture has the texture of soft-serve.
