Low Carb Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb2/3 c. Splenda1/3 c. flour1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamonTopping:1 c. Splenda Brown Sugar blend3/4 c. flour1 c. quick cooking oats3/4 c. stick margarine1/2 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. water
Directions
Mix first five ingredients and place into a greased glass 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp. water.
