Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds 93% lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onion1 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes2 cups brown rice1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp tumeric1/2 tsp ginger1 tbsp curry powder1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
brown meat with onions till browned.
add tomatoes, cooked rice, spices
simmer 25 minutes
add water if it becomes to thick.
