Ingredients
1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef1.5 C Chopped Onion1 C Chopped Celery2 tsp. Minced garlic1 Can Low Sodium Beef Broth1 Can RO TEL Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green chilies (10oz)1 Can Dark red Kidney Beans (15oz)1 Can Great Northern Beans (15oz)1 Can Tomato Paste (6oz)6 oz. Beer1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. Kosher salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper1 tsp. dried Rosemary crushed2 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. Smoked paparika2 tsp. Sweet paparika
Directions
Lightly brown ground beef in soup pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.
